The room was very clean, odor-free, and comfortable. The breakfast was reasonable given the price paid. There is a reasonable Mexican restaurant right next door that makes getting a high-calorie dinner easy after a day of vigorous outdoor activities. Three miles from Phil’s World.

Accommodations, cleanliness, details on the room for the price it was worth . It exceded my expectations, at first , I was afraid about getting a cold room , without carpet and a very uncomfortable bed for that price (we previously had a bad experience on another hotel). But I was very surprised about the quality of the room and per friendly !! What else I can ask for 👍

Rooms were very clean and looked recently refurbished (excluding bathrooms) but was very clean and comfortable for a nights stay. Bed was comfy. Easy check in/out process. Very close to entrance of Mesa Verse National Park which was a bonus!

Very near to Mesa verde NP, 2-3 mins drive to Safeway , City market and Walmart. Good sized swimming pool , good Breakfast, neat and clean rooms. Friendly staff.

Excellent sized room...we had a suite with two queens in one room and another in the main space. Two tvs, lots of storage and space. Very comfortable stay for our family of five. Breakfast was pretty decent too. Also right off the highway so the closest hotel to the Mesa Verde entrance ten minutes up the road.

Everything from Checking in to Checking out and everything in between was perfect. The location is great, the price was great, the staff was very warm and helpful, the pool and the jacuzzi were such a nice bonus, the room was clean and updated. I wish I could have this place for all my nights during my road trip. And good breakfast too.

The beds were so comfortable! we were able to upgrade to a family room which gave us lots of room. The staff were super helpful. Breakfast had waffles, typical breads, boiled eggs, apples and oranges. it was very close to the entrance to Mesa Verde and had wonderful Mexican restaurant right next door!

Very comfortable motel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, roomy and comfortable... Staff was more than happy to help if I had any issues.... Location was perfect for continuing my road trip. Price was perfect....Breakfast was amazing... Thank you

The room was the type of studio. Very comfortable good-sized fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and table for two. AC and two full-size beds were perfect. A Mexican Restaurant is a few feet away with excellent food and drinks.

The steps to the second floor are open and scary for me. No elevator made getting luggage to room challenging. Would not recommend to someone who has problems with openness to heights because of the stairs or would recommend second floor access to senior citizens.
